The Woodsman is a compilation of six stories told and sung by Bard and his guitar. Songs from experiences hunting public land big game in the west. A couple are stories of success, a couple are experiences that ended in a un-filled tag, but a game bag full of memories. One is a fictional story, but as time passes and the more I sing it realize that it's true.
"A celebration of life in both its highs and lows, memories of things lost and thankfulness for what is still held, these Two Days in Terlingua will make your listening week." Mike Davies -Folk Radio
"The band meanwhile gel so well it’s difficult to believe that this is a “fly on the wall” recording and, while there are moments which recall the likes of Townes Van Zandt, there are others where the band delve into electric folk blues as practised by The Cowboy Junkies on their acclaimed Trinity Sessions album.." Paul Kerr -Blabber 'n' Smoke
"this is a potent musical diary, a true record of a moment and a time machine for the listener. It's also another album of rich Edringtonana to slip alongside the other well loved Records in the collection." Marc Higgins-FATEA
